{"id":1231,"date":"2017-07-09T01:27:01","date_gmt":"2017-07-09T01:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/2017-denver.journalist.wordcamp.org\/?post_type=wcb_session&#038;p=1231"},"modified":"2017-08-17T16:56:32","modified_gmt":"2017-08-17T16:56:32","slug":"unconferenceconversation-track","status":"publish","type":"wcb_session","link":"https:\/\/journalist.wordcamp.org\/2017-denver\/session\/unconferenceconversation-track\/","title":{"rendered":"Unconference\/Conversation Track"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve left some time in the conference workshop track for unconference sessions or small group conversations on topics of interest to attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The unconference sessions on Thursday are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WordPress and AWS (facilitated by Russell Heimlich): Talking scalability, high availability, cloud hosting, and making it all work with WordPress so you can handle any traffic spike that comes your way.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive Content (facilitated by Pete Ericson): Wondering if anyone has had any experience with serving up content based on site usage patterns&#8230; e.g. if a visitor is consuming content from a category they get a more personalized experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These two discussions both run the full length of the session, from 11:15 until noon.<\/p>\n<p>If you have an idea for a conversation you\u2019d like to facilitate on Friday, <a href=\"https:\/\/2017-denver.journalist.wordcamp.org\/unconference-proposals\/\">please fill out this form<\/a> and we\u2019ll follow-up with you closer to the event. If you don\u2019t have your idea fully-formed yet, no worries!
